Scamp in the Snow

Snow is a great enrichment opportunity for rabbits to dig and forage; but, my garden is not Scamp proof. So, if the bunny can’t go to the snow, the snow has to come to the bunny. Cue one washing up bowl full of snow, laced with rabbit food…

Oh goodness, Scamp is too much fun or has too much fun or both, probably both. We don’t have snow here, but I let the rabbits out in light rain just to have the experience. I admit that I have total fascination with him being a wild rabbit. Don’t tell my bunnies they might take in the wrong way………..

  2. oh he does look to be having fun! Our bunny hated going outside and as we only have a shared garden it was difficult to get her used to it….

Scamp is such a delightful chap! I just love to visit and see what he’s up to next!
Arabella and Wesley are basking in the heat of their respective slim line panel heaters in their dens! I don’t think a tub of snow with treats would go down too well here – infact it’s mainly just slush now on Edinburgh streets!

Scamp in the snow is just as fun as Neville and Miss Eve in the snow 🙂 Funny, the two have never seen before snow but they loved it at first sight – or shall I say first taste?
    Merry Christmas!

What a wonderful idea! I think our snow is probably pretty much over for the year, but I’ll definitely remember that for next year. Awesome. 😀
