Rabbit Joe Indoor cage

We've been happy with Rabbit Joe cage for a few years after a few safety adjustments in the interests of the two house rabbits who've lived in it (separately). Plus points, good quality construction, looks well in the corner of a room, good size, good size opening top doors, wheels for mobility, easy to assemble initially, most important tray slides out easily to clean/hose out with no clips or fastenings to detach. Bad points, door hinges downwards and it's quite high up so difficult for rabbit to enter/exit safely, we're convinced our first rabbit broke it's back leg trapping it in the bars whilst entering/exiting this door so I altered it to make the door hinge upwards (easy)and retains with one of those keychain clips that attaches keys to your belt loop on your trousers, I then made a simple wooden ramp to allow access back and forth yet still allows the door to close at night. I also made a simple shelf/mezzanine that covers half the cage that gives the rabbita hidy place underneath and a high up shelf big enough to lie down on which both our rabbits have loved. Summary, best indoor cage available, reasonable price at around £80 (we paid), highly recommended.
